Band
Roseville Public School P&C runs a comprehensive and widely acclaimed band program for students in Years 3 to 6. It has been in operation for over 20 years and is regarded as one of the best in NSW.
Currently the band program consists of the following bands:
Band operates as a subcommittee of the P&C and there are many parents involved in the administration and running of band rehearsals and concerts. The longevity of the band program at Roseville Public School means we have a substantial inventory of instruments. In most cases these may be hired from the school for several years at a very reasonable cost. Children may of course supply their own.
Our bands have played at music festivals, shopping centres and even at the Sydney Opera House.
