Partner with Us – Roseville Public School Spring Fair

Join us in making a difference at Roseville Public School! We’re inviting local, community-focused businesses to partner with us as sponsors for our highly anticipated Spring Fair—a major school and community event held every three years.

On Saturday, 6th September 2025, we expect over 2,500 attendees, including students, parents, and local residents, for a day of fun, entertainment, and fundraising. Proceeds from the event go directly toward vital school infrastructure projects and educational programs, including upgrades to our school hall. The planned upgrades to the Roseville Public School hall will not only benefit the students but also create a fantastic space for the entire local community. With improved facilities, the upgraded hall will be perfect for school events, community gatherings, performances, and more. By supporting the RPS P&C fundraising efforts, you’re helping to build a vibrant, multi-purpose venue that will serve families, local groups, and businesses for years to come. Major Event Sponsor - $5,000 (1 x Major Event Sponsor Only)

· You receive category exclusivity and sole name rights sponsor for The Spring Fair.
· Including Main Website Banner rights
· Stall space in a prime location on Fair Day
· Provision for pre-event and post-event communication to our school community.
· Provided with primary signage and product display rights at the event and the
· Opportunity to join us at The Spring Fair to network with our community.

Primary Partner - $2,500 (2 x Primary Partners Only)

· Primary Event Partners receive category exclusivity for The Spring Fair
· Naming opportunities and signage for the RPS Food Village stalls
· Provision for post-event communication with our school community.
· Opportunity to join us at The Spring Fair to network with our community.
