The RPS Clothing Pool provides convenience and competitive pricing when purchasing school uniforms and accessories for your child’s school needs.
The P&C manages the Clothing Pool, and it is operated by Yen Phan and supported by parent volunteers. The P&C uses all funds raised to support school community projects.
Opening Times
The Clothing Pool is open every Tuesday and Friday morning from 9:00 – 10:00 am for in-person purchases or collections. There are usually Special Opening Times for Kindy parents at the beginning of the year to purchase and collect uniforms for the year ahead. This information will be available through the office or on the school bulletin.

Location
The Clothing Pool is located on the bottom level of the old school building near the Archbold Rd and Addison Ave school gates.
Online Uniforms Ordering
- Online Uniform Orders are placed via Flexischool (Please ensure you have a registered account before purchasing). Registration instructions are found here.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a digital invoice from Flexischools. This is your proof of purchase.
- Orders placed before 5:00pm Sunday can be collected on Tuesday morning from 9:00am. Orders placed before 5:00pm Wednesday can be collected on Friday morning from 9:00am.
- Online orders must be collected from the Clothing Pool in person or by your child. No orders will be delivered to the classrooms.
- Online stock is updated regularly, but if an item is out of stock at the time of packing, a backorder will be placed as soon as possible. You will be notified by either email or text message once it is ready for collection.
- Clothing Pool also offers second-hand uniforms in good condition. However, there are some expected stains/marks or names. Second-hand uniforms cannot be returned for a refund but can be exchanged depending on available stock.
- We do not refund if you change your mind but will happily exchange for another item in the store (when tags are still attached and kept in original packaging)
